Martin Weber stands for a cuisine where passion meets precision. Trained at Restaurant Brunnenstöcki, he refined his skills in renowned establishments such as Steirereck Vienna, Schloss Mönchstein, and Döllerer. For nine years, he shaped Incantare in Heiden with two Michelin stars. Now he brings his signature to Chapter Two – regionally rooted, internationally inspired.

Martin Weber

His career began at Vienna’s top restaurant Steirereck (2 Michelin stars), where he learned craftsmanship. For nine years, as head chef, he shaped Incantare – Gasthaus zur Fernsicht Heiden (2 Michelin stars) with bold compositions. Experiences at Schloss Mönchstein Salzburg, Döllerer (1 star), and Zum Buberlgut sharpened his eye for quality.

At Chapter Two, he combines local essence with global flavors – each dish tells a story of terroir and discovery.

Trained at Restaurant Brunnenstöcki, his cuisine represents the synthesis of tradition and culinary cosmopolitanism.
